On Saturday June 3, 2017 I came in and adopted a kitten...with my boyfriend. Being in the military he was unable to come with me to pick out our new "fur child", but I did let him name him, Mars, and he took Seans last name so this kitten is now known as Mars Gallagher. Its only been a few short weeks but I can say we absolutely love this little guy. He's sweet, energetic and just a love. My boyfriend got to meet him the other day finally, and Mars greeted him with some happy meows and snuggles. It's tough not having Sean home, but Mars is a wonderful addition and we wouldn't trade him for anything . Thank you for the opportunity and for letting us give him a home for a king.

Nataleigh now Beth went home with her new family today! Congrats!

Oreo was at the shelter only a day. He arrived with his mother and brother from down south. My son instantly fell in love. Oreo reminded him of a dog named "D" he grew up with since he was 18 months old in 2002, found dumped on the side of the road, we rescued him, He sadly passed away May 12th 2016 at the age of 15. Oreo got his name because that is the cookie we had, when we lured "D" in the car to bring him home that day. Oreo has been a complete joy to our family, he is super smart and an all around great dog. Thanks for bringing him to us. Here is a picture of Oreo, on his very first trip to the Atlantic Ocean.
